How long does flooring installation typically take?
Most residential projects are completed in 1–3 days depending on the size of the area and the material chosen. Larger or more complex jobs (such as whole-house installations or intricate tile patterns) may take 3–5 days. We’ll provide a precise timeline during your free consultation.

What is the warranty on your installation work?
All Elit Construction flooring installations are backed by a minimum 2-year labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on the flooring and tile materials still apply and range from 5 to 25+ years depending on the product selected.
How should I prepare my space before installation?
We’ll provide you with a simple preparation checklist. Typically this includes clearing the area of furniture, removing old flooring (if requested), ensuring the subfloor is clean, dry, and level, and maintaining proper temperature and humidity in the space. We can also handle subfloor preparation and repairs if needed.
