    All Elit Construction flooring installations are backed by a minimum 2-year labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on the flooring and tile materials still apply and range from 5 to 25+ years depending on the product selected.

Typically this includes clearing the area of furniture, removing old flooring (if requested), ensuring the subfloor is clean, dry, and level, and maintaining proper temperature and humidity in the space.
